Right away, Jim Emilson's many years of experience made us feel well-cared for and he definitely proved to be trustworthy Although we had many specific preferences (time/location/age of condo/price/size/balcony/locker/low crime/etc), he was able to come through tenaciously on everything and he never gave up on us His insight of location and news items was always up to date and thorough, so we were informed of low-crime high-quality areas Jim Emilson's candour and honesty really made it fast and simple for us He even provided an App that helped us move, which we used to organize our timeline of action items for the moving process His knowledge of Etobicoke was very extensive, which was invaluable because I am fairly new in this area In summary: Superior level of attention to detail and customer service, thank you * I plan on using him again and I recommend Jim to others *

Our relationship with Jim continues to grow! Thursday night was the end of an exciting couple of months with Jim where he quarterbacked the selling of the first of two condos that I had bought with him back in 2014. We had been postulating for some time on when to sell this place and Jim kept me constantly updated on market conditions so we could sell at the right juncture. He arranged everything for the sale drawing on his "rolodex" of contacts to get our place looking great and he did it while conveying peace and serenity which was much appreciated.
